On today's episode Vanessa is bringing us back to our ladies of the 1800's! Florence Nightingale was a social reformer, statistician and founder of modern nursing. She refused to be married and instead studied to be a nurse who went on to train other nurses during the Crimean War. Her nursing style focused on personalized care and transformed quality health care as a whole. Her techniques can be found in her book, Notes On Nursing.
